Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These delicious little stuffed mushrooms not only look the part but are so simple to make.
Perfect as a party snack!


12 Medium Mushrooms
120g Crab Meat
1 Cup Fine Bread Crumbs
1/2 Red Pepper, Finely Chopped
1/4 Tsp Celery Salt
1/4 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cajun Spice
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
6 Spring Onions
4 Tbsp Butter


Wash the mushrooms and gently pop out the stems. Melt the butter and use a little to lightly grease a baking tray. Use the rest of the melted butter to brush over the mushrooms and lay into a baking tray.

Melt the remaining butter into a pan, and the onion and red pepper, cooking until tender. Remove from heat and mix in the crab, bread crumbs, celery salt, black pepper and Cajun spice.

Fill Each mushroom generously with the mix and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for around 15 - 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and mushrooms are cooked through.

Serve up and enjoy!
